कांग्रेसको निष्कर्ष : कोरोना भाइरसविरुद्ध सरकारको तयारी अपुग

कोरोना भाइरसको जोखिम सामना गर्नका लागि पर्याप्त समय भए पनि सरकारले तयारी नगरेको भन्दै प्रमुख प्रतिपक्षी दल कांग्रेसले असन्तुष्टि जनाएको छ । मंगलबार सभापति शेरबहादुर देउवाको निवास बुढानीलकण्ठमा बसेको पदाधिकारी बैठकले कोरोना संक्रमण दोस्रो चरणमा प्रवेश गरेकाले गम्भीर बन्न अपिल गरेको छ । 

कांग्रेसले कोरोनाको जोखिम सामना गर्न अहिलेसम्म गरिएका तयारीको समीक्षा गर्दै परीक्षणको दायरा बढाउन माग गरेको छ । ‘समय पर्याप्त पाएर पनि पर्याप्त तयारी नगरिनुलाई अत्यन्तै दुःखद रूपमा लिँदै बैठकले संक्रमण दोस्रो चरणमा प्रवेश गरेको स्थितिलाई गम्भीरतापूर्वक लिएर परीक्षणको दायरा तत्काल व्यापक रूपले बढाएर युद्धस्तरमा कार्य गर्न सरकारलाई अपिल गरेको छ,’ पदाधिकारी बैठकको निर्णयमा भनिएको छ, ‘बैठकले आजको संकटबाट नेपाल र नेपालीलाई जोगाउन नेपाल सरकारलाई हरसम्भव सघाउने निर्णय गरेको छ ।’

स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको उच्च मानवीय भावना र समर्पणले कोरोनाविरुद्धको संघर्षमा सफलता मिल्ने भन्दै देशभरिका स्वास्थ्यकर्र्मीप्रति उच्च सम्मान प्रकट गरेको छ । साथै, पिपिई, परीक्षण किट र भेन्टिलेटरलगायत अत्यावश्यक सामग्री अझैसम्म नपुग्दा परेको मनोवैज्ञानिक तनाव तत्काल अन्त्य गरी यथाशीघ्र त्यस्ता सामग्रीको बन्दोबस्त गर्न सरकारलाई अपिल गरेको छ ।

सुरक्षाकर्मी र निरन्तर सुसूचित गरिरहेका सञ्चारकर्मीलाई संक्रमणको जोखिमबाट सुरक्षित राख्ने अत्यावश्यक प्रबन्ध मिलाउन पनि सरकारसँग माग गरेको छ । लकडाउन पालना गर्दै संयम, एकता र उच्च सतर्कता राख्न नागरिकसँग कांग्रेसले अपिल गरेको छ ।  यस्तै, स्वास्थ सामग्री खरिदमा बजारमूल्यभन्दा बढी राज्यकोषको रकम निकासा गराएर भ्रष्टाचार र अनियमितता भएको जनाउँदै संलग्नहरूलाई पदमुक्त गर्न कांग्रेसले अपिल गरेको छ । अनिवार्य छानबिन र कारबाहीको विषयमा ढिलाइ नगर्न सम्बन्धित निकायलाई कांग्रेसले आग्रहसमेत गरेको छ । 

देशबाहिर अप्ठ्यारोमा परेर घर फर्कन चाहेका र सिमानामै आइपुगेर प्रवेश चाहिरहेका नेपालीलाई व्यवस्थित रूपले क्वारेन्टाइनमा राख्ने तयारी गरेर देश भित्रिन दिने व्यवस्था मिलाउन र ज्यालादारी श्रमिकलाई तत्काल राहत उपलब्ध गराउन पनि माग गरेको छ । व्यवसायीका लागि राहत प्याकेज ल्याउन, अत्यावश्यक खाद्यान्नको आपूर्तिदेखि उत्पादनसम्मको व्यवस्थालाई जोखिममुक्त ढंगले सहजीकरण गर्न-गराउन, कृषि क्षेत्र र किसानलाई परेको मर्कामा आवश्यक राहत घोषणा गर्न पनि माग गरेको छ ।

त्यस्तै, आ–आफ्नो प्रदेशमा विशेष समन्वयको भूमिका बढाउन प्रदेश सरकार, वडा र टोलसम्म जनसम्पर्कमा पुगेर हरतरहले नागरिक पंक्तिलाई यो संकटमा सहयोग पु¥याउन स्थानीय सरकारलाई अपिल गरेको छ ।
